Howdy Lakes of Carrington!

Your Board of Directors and HOA team have been hard at work getting a few things underway for the improvement of our community and the betterment of our residents. Below are a few items that are in the pipeline and wanted to get in front of everyone.

There should be no parking in the entrance/exits of the community. Local police will be called if vehicles are parked by the island as it’s an obstruction of the flow of traffic and some people are parking on the lawns of other residents.

There is no swimming or fishing allowed in any of the retention ponds located in Lakes of Carrington Community. Signs have been posted around all three ponds

We will be bringing in a management company to help streamline a lot of processes. Some of the benefits will be online payments of dues, someone to take the calls, covenants enforcements, and mailers/emails.

We will be sending out the current  CCR via email and making it available online. We are in the process of updating and rewriting our covenants and rules which will be a multi month process. More to come on this initiative.

On March 19th the tress will be removed on the island at the front of the community.. There may be a few minutes of delay entering or leaving the neighborhood. Please be respectful and mindful. There will be someone helping direct traffic when the trees are being cut down. Safety is the main reason for the delays.

As a friendly reminder, we invite any of our residents to volunteer for any of the upcoming committees we will have forming in the coming months. Send us an email or look for our announcements in the front of the community for upcoming meetings.
