Both required monthly services shall include all mowing, edging, trimming, weed inspection, cleanup, and sprinkler-system inspection described in this Scope of Work. The Contractor shall not combine the two required monthly services into a single visit. 6. FLOWER BED MAINTENANCE

The two flower beds located at the entrance shall be inspected during each scheduled service visit. Weeds shall be hand-pulled or otherwise removed as needed to maintain a neat and maintained appearance. The Contractor shall provide the HOA with the dates the weed-prevention treatments were applied.
